Eminem And Atrocious Sydney - Australian Fans Slam Eminem For "Atrocious" Gigs, Eminem fans demand refund for 'atrocious' Sydney concert, Hundreds of angry Eminem fans demanded their concert. Eminem seems to have made a few enemies in Australia, with his fans branding the rapper's recent shows in Sydney as "atrocious."
Concertgoers have slammed the Not Afraid star after a series of technical problems during the gigs at the city's football stadium, where sound issues are said to have ruined Eminem's shows.
Many angry fans have demanded a refund, with one telling The Daily Telegraph that they "couldn't hear a thing", while the crowd were thought to have started chanting "turn it up."
Another onlooker at the gig added: "It got so loud Eminem even heard it, but he must have thought they were yelling, 'Take it off', because he started pulling his shirt up."
The official Facebook page for the Love The Way You Like hitmaker's tour promoter Dainty Group has been inundated with complaints, with some disgruntled fans threatening to take the matter further by contacting the New South Wales Department of Fair Trading.
Despite the sound issues, Em's shows in both Sydney and Melbourne have received positive reviews from critics, with one claiming his tour "demonstrated how far Eminem [has] grown as a live performer in a decade".
The 38-year old rap icon will now join Lil Wayne on his international tour, with Weezy announcing the news on his Facebook page last week: "Headed to Fiji, Australia then S. Africa ... on tour with Slim Shady.. a blessing ... thx to those who supported C4! 2x platinum! Love y'all."
