Luckily for him, Mother Nature -- in the form of a large, vigilant tree -- was there to intervene. Neither of the principals seemed too shaken up. The driver was able to get out under his own power and, after slinking away into the bushes, the shooter was back in position to make a picture just in case the outcome had been more gruesome.
